Job Summary
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for accurately determining property boundaries, preparing detailed legal descriptions and plats, and conducting topographical and construction staking surveys using advanced GPS and total station equipment. This role requires strong technical proficiency in CAD software, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring all land documentation complies with regulatory standards and supports successful property acquisition and development.
Job Details
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed survey drawings, maps and reports using CAD software.
- Coordinate with Architects, urban planners, project managers, civil engineers and LERU
- Ensures all survey works comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Surveying.
- Minimum of Three (3) years related work experience.
- Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment.(e.g., total stations, GPS/GNSS)
- Proficiency in the use of CAD software, (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Detailed document management and report writing.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with drone or aerial surveying techniques.
