Job Summary
The sales and marketing officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand presence and maintain strong client relationship.
Job Details
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conducting market research to analyze competitors, identity trends, and discover new business opportunities.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including social media, digital marketing and promotional events.
- Managing client relationships, addressing complaints, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as media, product managers, and designers to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promotes products and services.
Requirements
- Core skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills
- Technical proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Personal attributes: Creativity, problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Strong presentation and performance skills.
- Sales reporting and performance tracking.
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration and other related field.
- 3- 5 years proven work experience in sales and marketing.
